15 years TTC...34 yrs old and still hopeful

Been TTC for total of 15 yrs (that's 180 BFN's) next week, 5 most recent years of those with very supportive hubby (my 2nd marriage,) has good count etc, doctors tell me I have textbook uterus, perfect 28 cycle, 14 day ovulation, high ovarian reserve, etc..

Wondering if there are any recommended ways to start IUI or if there are other steps I could look at cheaper as $ is limited for infertility treatment.

Anyone else on here maxed out the apps TTC chart of years?

I know the message wasn't "give up after 14yrs" but still discouraging...

Oh, and have 7yr old stepson that loves me to death (been here since he was 2) but he isn't allowed to refer to me as any type of Mom cause his Mother says I'm not actually anyone's Mom... Breaks my heart. (I know... Pointless pity party, but not sure where to go from here)
