Am I wrong for disobeying my boyfriend?

Long story short, I been with my bf for 9 months now and really scared to lose him because I disobeyed him according to him. Few months back I asked him could I get my nipples pierced because I always wanted to get them pierced even before we were together. He told me no and he don't want anyone touching me.

Well today, I went and got them anyway. He flipped out and asked did a man do my piercing. I told him yes and he called me a whore and said I cheated on him and broke up with me. All over a piercing, I didn't realize that was cheating I didn't mean it intentionally.
