Pregnancy fitness

Hi ladies

Has anyone got any fitness moves I could do that would help with shaping and toning, I have horrendous hips and I'm currently 29 weeks pregnant, I do squats, lunges and hip crunches, I just want more to add to help shape and tone as I am extremely low and have no confidence in this pregnancy I have no shape no bum nothing it's ugly 😭😭😭😭
