TMI POST BUT PLEASE HELP

Anybody know what kind of discharge this is. It has a smell but sometimes it don’t. I have to wear liners or I’ll ruin my underwear. I’m so sick of this because I haven’t had no type of sex. I’m also 24 weeks pregnant. Please help. The doctor asks me to describe it but idk how like what color is this 🤦🏽‍♀️ it be more than this before I change my liner. Just changed so it doesn’t look like much. Everytime I move I am feel it leaking out of me.
