Positive Early Labor Stories

I was in the hospital last week at 29 weeks + 2 days with contractions, they were consistent but not progressing me… My cervix was closed and I was thick. I took the rest of the week to relax (4 days) I went back to work today and started contracting (I’m 30 weeks + 1 day) she checked me and I’m 0-1cm and 50% effaced, contracting everything 4-5 minutes. My fetal fibernectin test done last week was negative. I’m on bedrest the rest of the week. Has anyone else been effaced or dilated this early and gone on to have a full term delivery? My hope is to get to 36 weeks at least. My first son was born at 31 weeks and 4 days.
