I’m so proud of myself. So proud. I am a first time mom to my almost 6 month old daughter, I had been struggling with PPD since January. Partly I didn’t know I had it and when I realized I did, I didn’t want to seem weak that I needed help but I realized I’m not weak, I am strong. I went to see my doctor today and I am back on medicine! I feel empowered, I see a future ahead of me and it looks bright. I want to thank some of the women on here for pushing me to get help, you guys are incredible. ❤️
