So I’ve been going to the gym consistently for a month. I take my two rest days each week but have been consistently working the 5/2 split, working abs, legs, shoulders, back, and arms. I’ve been taking a picture everyday. The first picture is from one month ago, the second is from tonight. Do ya’ll notice any change?
