I’m 6 weeks pregnant today and experiencing like an achy sensation that comes and goes in my left shoulder, sometimes it radiates down to my upper arm and elbow and I get pins & needles the odd times in my hand ?

I’ve searched it up and it’s come up with an ectopic pregnancy which I’m now panicking, I’ve booked in for a early reassurance scan private for Saturday but till then I’m doing nothing but panicking as anybody experienced this previously ? And what where it ? Thank you girlies 🥰
