Give me hope… 😩 did you fail 1hr & pass 3hr?

I just failed my 1 hour test at 180 and have to take 3 hour next week. Curious how common it is to fail then pass?

They let me test my own blood sugar at home over the course of 7 days. After seven days you just give them your results. They make you take your blood sugar first thing in the morning, then an hour after each meal. 
With diet I managed to keep all but my wake up blood sugars under control. So they will be putting me on insulin here in a couple days.

I failed my 1 hour by 3 numbers 🥲
I went in for the 3 hour but could not keep the drink down, so I opted for checking my sugars 4X a day for 2 weeks, and then I brought the results in for the doctor. They said my sugars were great, so no need for further testing. ☺️

They purposely make the 1hr test the way it is just so they can do it over 3hrs a week or so later, I fortunately passed my 1 he test but since I am over weight to them I have to do nst tests twice a week for 9 weeks until baby's here.
