We had our 3 month post clomid semen analysis check, which still showed no sperm.

Originally we were diagnosed azoospermia, route cause still hasn't been figured out, but the doctors believe its non obstructive. Low testosterone, high fsh and lh on labs.

After 3 weeks on clomid we retested and his testosterone improved and is normalized, so they said wait 3-4 months and have a repeat semen analysis.. which again showed no sperm 😔.

My confusion is that I don't exactly know where to go from here. One speciality urologist said it could take up to a year to see sperm return using clomid. The other doctor told us <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> wasn't out the relam of possibilities and once you hear that you think they have seen cases like yours and you get hopeful...

Anyone have insight or knowledge on clomid with azoospermia? Should we wait longer? How long do they say to be on it before trying a sperm extraction surgery?
