Miscarriage

I think I’m going through a miscarriage I’m

Only 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant.. I’m bleeding but mainly only when I wipe after going for a wee.. I’m not in any pain, maybe slight period type feelings but not pain. I haven’t even needed to use a pad. I went to the doctors last night and the test they did was negative however I’ve done a normal test and a digital test today and both say pregnant.. I’m so confused on what’s happening. I thought I would be in pain if I was miscarrying?? Anyone been through this or willing to share your experience it would be appreciated ❤️
