Not sure where to post this but I need a little help

I’m 24w 6d pregnant when I get an orgasm my belly tense up and gets hard and it’s uncomfortable for a few minutes, it doesn’t hurt a lot just enough to have me uncomfortable for a few minutes.

I did ask my doctor earlier in pregnancy if sex was okay for me and he said so long as I don’t get any bleeding then I’m good to go but now this starts happening.

So my question is, is it safe? Or should I stop doing things that make me have an orgasm during sex?
