Fetal movement

So im 14 weeks pregnant second pregnancy and havnt really felt the baby move like that .. with my first i felt it clear as day at 13 weeks but not with this one anyone know why ?? I have anxiety because thats the only way i would know my baby is okay is feeling movement but i barely feel that and my appointment is in a couple weeks. I thought about getting a fetal dopper
