Had one at 32wks with my first and they had a way for me to lay on my stomach so it was awesome. I would have paid for an hour just to sleep that way.

I had one a few weeks ago and it was beyond relaxing. It was nice to just have “me” time while my husband watched our 4 year old. I also had it from 8:15-9pm and went home and dead ass had the best sleep😂 it helped a lot during and after but my back and shoulder were back to hurting the next day. But even with that happening I still plan on going back at least one more time before I have baby boy. It’s just beyond relaxing and much needed!!

They are safe but I didn't find them to be worth it. I had two and all the aches and pains were back within hours, so I just saved my money and put it towards more chiropractor visits which actually helped me

If you can get one I would recommend it. No better time to get some pampering than when pregnant.

Yes. I was a massage student during my entire pregnancy with my second. I wouldnt have been able to move without them!

I had one and it was amazing! They have a special pillow with a hole that cradles the bump as well as your boobs! It was so nice to lay on my stomach again for a bit! My son kicked me the entire time though lol.

I only had one during my last pregnancy but it was soooo amazing. They won’t give you any massages until your second trimester, but at that point yes it’s safe.

I had them in my second trimester and it was so relaxing and wonderful! Worth it, as it was my me time and my massage therapist was sweet. We’d either chat or she’d let me drift off as she massaged.
