Pregnancy and Hematoma

So I went to the hospital the other night because I was bleeding. I am 10 weeks and thought I was losing my baby. Turns out baby is ok but I have a hematoma. Has anyone else had a hematoma while pregnant? If so, how did your pregnancy journey turn out? Did you have to be on bed rest? Did it heal on its own? Let me know please. Worried mama.
