I need advice

Before I say anything here, I'm a Nurse and I take contraception and are protected during sex with my partner.

So, since Wednesday I've been bleeding. I had sex with my partner and noticed I started bleeding as if I've come on. (It's good to note it ended a week ago/ a week and abit) since then, I've been to the gym and work where I get about 12,000 steps a day sometimes more, and I'm still bleeding. Like period bleeding it's not just like I'm spotting or anything I'm fully bleeding. I've had sex before and never bled it's never hurt either but all of a sudden I've started bleeding. No pain during sex but my lower stomach where my kidneys and appendix is is sore especially when I suck in. I've never had this happen before and I'm wondering if I could have any insight. I'm fully protected during sex with the pill and condoms and he's never *** inside me so it's not pregnancy.

I'm waiting a few days to see if it carries on and then I'll go to the hospital but I was wondering if anybody had insight or similar things happen to them as I have no clue.

Please note: I have had trapped blood after periods before that cause pain and bleed but usually only last a day and go very quickly. And I'm prone to UTI'S.
