Has anyone had a similar experience with smoking and ttc?

I have been a cigarette smoker for the past year and and a weed smoker here and there for years. For the past few days the smell of cigarettes makes me want to throw up can’t even take a puff without puking. Also the weed makes me want to throw after I take any hits. Is this a possible sign of pregnancy just curious. I have stopped smoking completely and it wasn’t even by choice 😊. Af is currently one day late for me. The nausea is no joke but other than that I feel fine.
