When does ur boobs get full of milk after u pump ?

I dont get it? Do they have milk and it keeps going like coming out or you wait till u feel sore breasts? So my boobs are so fulll and hurt so bad and leaking.. can i pump whenever i want no stopping? Or the milk supply will stop?

Depends on how often your baby feeds, but mine were usual full again after two hours. The older my baby got, the longer the window got.

It is a supply and demand system. The more you take out the more it puts in, if you want it to be less full, don't pump breasts empty, or do it less often.
