How many times have u had false labor?

Question

I am a FTM, 39+5 today. Went in to the ER twice and was sent back for false labor. It was pretty embarrassing. How many of you all had similar experience?

I had BH but never to the point I thought I was in true labor. I knew they were BH and just waited them out. I never had a true strong contraction until an hour after my water broke.

I haven't bothered to go in; I have been timing for four days and I'm all over the place

So far at 40+1 I have had false labour twice. I didn't go to the hospital either time though. Just let it take its course and then ended up disappointed.

I experience it often. Daily really. It started around 30 weeks.  It was scary and still is at times. Currently 36 weeks with twins.
