Raspberry tea ?

Hi first time posting here but I'm thirty one week measuring 33 and healthy I'm thinking about trying the raspberry tea I've heard positive things but few negative things like earlier labor

Red raspberry leaf tea doesn’t cause early labor. It should ideally be started at the beginning of your third trimester and upped around 34 weeks. It does NOT induce labor. All it does is strengthen and tone uterine muscles for a quicker easier labor.

I started last night at 34w3d! Going with 1 cup a day until 36 and then upping it to 2!
