I have the worst case of heartburn I think I have ever experienced. Pills aren't doing a damn thing. I need help. I literally feel like my esophagus is deteriorating. 😭🔥😭🔥😭🔥🚨🚑🏥

Drink everything at room temperature. Don't drink anything too cold or too hot.  Once I started doing that, I didn't get the attacks as often. I've dealt with acid reflux for years. I know what it feels like to be part dragon and waiting to watch yourself burp up a fireball. It sucks! I also learned that brushing my teeth before I've had anything to eat and chewing gum will get it started up as well.

Have you tried Zantac? Without it I would not be able to live.
Take tums on top to keep it in check.
