Induction with closed cervix

Hi everyone!!

I am currently 40+1 and for the past 3 weeks I have been 50% effaced and only fingertip dilated (cervix is still closed). I’m really nervous because tomorrow night I’m getting induced and I was wondering if anyone has had any experience or what it’s like? Is my cervix being closed going to affect it? I’m just so anxious!!
