Baby came back with puffy eyes

My daughter is 11months, today was her third day at daycare. When I picked her up she was sleeping, and she woke up in the car and her eyes were puffy like she has been crying for hours. My daughter is a very happy baby and she seemed to enjoy daycare. I called them to ask if she has been looking sick or so because she is having diarrhea these days, they told me she was playing all day, she slept and ate well. But I’m still worrying something might’ve happened there. Maybe I’m overreacting because we have always been together but I can’t help but be a little bit sceptical
