Baby not eating during night feeds

You guys I couldn’t be more frustrated at this situation.

My son is following (was following) the 15% curve and recently had a slip downwards to about 7%. His Dr. wants him to eat 3-4oz every 3 hours so that adds up to twice at night. My son loves to sleep. I have to wake him up to feed him and literally refuses to eat more than a half ounce before going back to sleep. (He is being bottle fed). I have tried EVERYTHING. I take his clothes off, change his diaper, blow on his feet and face, but he still just sleeps. He is able to sleep for 6 or more hrs at a time. So I am just an exhausted mama who has to wake up frequently for no payout right now. I’m not just mad about the lack of sleep, but I’m worried he’s not getting enough food and will go down even more in his growth chart. Help. I’m so defeated.
