So frustrating can’t pay IVF deposit

We were planning on using my husbands American benefits card last night to pay our deposit, 13,644. It got denied so he called them. They said they needed the denial claim papers before approving the amount and sending us a check. Well since it’s a deposit down they cannot submit a claim. They said that I probably won’t be able to use that form of payment. Now we are left with $24,000 sitting on that card and cannot use it at all. I’m so frustrated and mad that we are already having to go through this, now we can’t use the money he worked hard for to pay for IVF. What the fuck. I’m sorry I am just done and exhausted.
