Mastitis again

My son is 3 weeks old and I took a full round of antibiotics which ended Sunday, for mastitis.

Today I woke up with the same exact spot hurting terribly and and a high fever/body aches/chills/headache. They prescribed me a new antibiotic which I started today. I am DESPERATE for any sort of home remedy or relief. I have latched him on that bad side about every hour and a half and tried ice, heat, bath, Tylenol. Anyone that can provide any insight at all? Thanks in advance…
