Looking for advice

I’ve been going to the fertility clinic for my baseline cycle and I found out my follicles got to 19mm yesterday and I ovulated either yesterday or today (CD11/12). I went for my HSG/endo biopsy but of course because of ovulation these couldn’t be completed. So why am I not getting pregnant? I am ovulating, my follicles are maturing, bloodwork seems to be good … what is going on?? My thyroid has been high since August (over 5 unknowingly because of the prenatal) could it just be that?? Please send any baby dust you have left over!
