5w4d abdominal, yolk sac looks weird?

I got an ultrasound at a clinic done (had no idea how far along I was). They saw gestational sac and yolk sac. But can anyone tell me why I see two little “bubbles” where the yolk sac is? Or am I just seeing things? I know their machine was an older one so that was the clearest picture we could get. I didn’t see them measure the gestational sac but said I look about 5.4weeks - later in 5 weeks.
