First day of period?
Okay ladies, I’m needing some help. I’ve been out of the ttc community for a while but am starting letrozole this month. My period is due to start tomorrow, but have been cramping and spotting all day. Would today be considered day one, or once I actually start heavy bleeding? I’ve included pictures of what it looks like when I wipe.
