Is drunk talk real talk??

Last night my bf was a little tipsy and he told me, in so many words, that he wants to start trying for a baby. Now, we've been together for a long time and have talked about kids but he's never been as firm about it as he was last night. I would be lying if I said it didn't excite me a little. I have baby fever but have kept it hidden from him for the last year because I want him to want a baby as much as I do before we really take that step and don't want to pressure him. My question is, should I take what he said to heart? Or just leave it alone? I know that things will play out how they're supposed to but I always felt that drunk words were from the heart. I just don't wanna get my hopes up and be disappointed. What do you guys think?
