OPK’s are only supposed to be used to test for an LH surge to help pinpoint ovulation. You can’t just use them at any random point of your cycle. We get a secondary surge of Estrogen during the Luteal phase, which can cause a tempest rise in LH, which could result in a positive OPK. You should be taking a pregnancy test right now, not an ovulation test!
