Please Help !!! Help!!!!Help!!!

Can someone please help.me out ??? I have had light pink discharge 5days ago today and according to glow I am supposed to be on day 1 of my period but I am not and I have cramps that come and go they aren't very heavy cramps and tender sore boobs and headaches , I took a cheap pregnancy test 2 days ago and I was negative so I am so lost is there false negatives , ? Did I take the test too early ? Is my period on its way I am really lost girls please can someone show me some guidance please ladies
