Bleeding during sex… 3 dpo

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone had the same issues. My husband and I were having sex this morning and noticed that I started bleeding very lightly. I’m only three days past ovulation. I tracked it this month with ovulation strips. My peak was Saturday afternoon to Sunday afternoon. Did some BD all weekend long. I’ve never had any bleeding during sex issues before, only when I had my period. I’ve had my cervix checked a few months ago and had all the proper testing done. I have no medical issues. Any thoughts?
