Ultrasound

I just had the worst experience ever while going to get an ultrasound. First off they had me going to the ER as if this wasn't a routine thing. Then told me I couldn't record it and the tech wouldn't even allow me to see the screen or hear a heartbeat!! Now I'm worried there's something wrong and only thing I've been told is I have to wait 2 DAYS for the radiologist to interpret it! Seriously am I tripping or has this somehow (like with everything else in society deteriorating) become the norm?? This is my 3rd, my first two are 18 & 13 so it's been a while since I've been through this but I remember it being a way more pleasant experience back then! I am almost 8 wks.
