I’m so confused !! Iud removal ,late ovulation?

Okay so I had my hormone free iud removed on Wednesday. One week ago from today. My periods has always been normal. 30day cycle even after my iud was put in. So according to this app and my cycle I should of ovulated on cd16 the day after I got it removed. I took an opk that day just to see and it was very negative and never took another one. Well the last three days I have had what feels like ovulation pain. So the last three days I have been taking opks and they appear to be getting darker. Would iud removal cause me to ovulate late ? And if so is such a late ovulation mess up my chances of getting pregnant ? I put in my opk on here and now it changed my cycle and says I’ll ovulate tomorrow. Anyone have any idea ? The bottom opk is from today.
