Someone tell me what’s going on please 😭

My baby is 11 weeks old. I stopped nursing the first week I had her because she had jaundice and her doctor said formula can help with that more that nursing. My supply dropped fast and I was not even making half an ounce during a pump session the other day. This morning I woke up soaked and my breasts engorged. I’m so confused. I tried a lot of things and gave up weeks ago now all the sudden I make a ton. What causes this? She’s need latching a few times every day inconsistently for the last couple weeks without my milk increasing at all
