Breastfeeding newbie

A few days ago my left ear has become clogged/ muffled where I can’t even hear out of it and I tried a few things to try to fix it and nothing is working. So I wanted to see if any ear drops at the store would maybe clear it up so I can actually hear out of my ear. I am new to breastfeeding and all the labels say to consult with doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding. Have any of you used ear drops before while breastfeeding is it safe? Here is a picture of the drops I was gunna purchase but wasn’t sure if it was safe or not.
