Hcg too low?

Question

First timer here, so sorry if I seem dramatic.
Is 66 too low for 4 weeks and 2 days?
I know everyone’s varies but the er doc made the comment that it’s low and could be non viable..
I know it’s all about the progression and doubling but does it sound low?

That was a stupid comment to make. He/she should have just told you the numbers and that one set of numbers is inconclusive by themselves and that you would be a second set at least 48 hours later. 
If you go to the ER for anything concerning about pregnancy your likely to come away with a threatened miscarriage. I know its stressful but 66 doesn't sound low and the range is so wide. Unfortunately nothing can tell you for sure unless you have another set of labs and even then it's not 100% guaranteed. Unfortunately you don't know till you know. The labs can help catch the low progesterone and other hormones that might could be given to help promote the pregnancy as well. 
When I lost one I didn't have any blood work the next time I got pregnant the midwife did it right away and caught low progesterone and we were able to supplement to help promote the pregnancy and he turned three in Feb. It's so hard but hang in there. I find I have to constantly be busy to distract myself from my anxiety. I'm seeing a different doctor this time since I've moved and they won't see me till I'm 11w4d and I'm freaking out on a constant that something is wrong.

I’m honestly still trying to understand what levels are “normal”, At 5weeks mine was almost 5,000.
