Is it ok to try to pump at 35 weeks?

No it’ll cause uterine contractions and can throw you into labor too early. Just wait.

Pumping can induce labour and you shouldn’t attempt to before you’re full term!

I did it to try to go into labor instead of induction, it did absolutely nothing but make me cramp. I wouldn’t do it again & don’t recommend it 🤷🏽‍♀️ only hand expressing after 36-37 weeks

I wouldn’t start trying to at least the 38th week at the earliest!

Talk to your doctor or lactation consult. Most only recommend hand expressing starting at 36 or 37 weeks. Pumping can induce labor.
