When do I tell family I am pregnant?

Just curious how long you guys waited to tell friends and fam you are pregnant. How soon is too soon to tell them?

My parents - the day we found out at 4 weeks
My siblings - like a week later
My in laws - they are older, more traditional, and live overseas. We didn't think they'd cope well if we had a loss. We were planning on telling them after the 14 week scan but we were on a call with them and they switched to their native tongue to hassle my husband about starting a family, so we told them at 9 weeks
I wasn't sick at all so I didn't have to tell anyone. We just wanted to have support around us in case anything went wrong.

The first time, 12 weeks. 
Second time- 7 weeks but I ended up having a miscarriage 
Third- 16 weeks delivered him a couple days after actually as he passed,
This time I’m 21 weeks and have told almost everyone at around 17 weeks

i told my family at five weeks first pregnancy 
second pregnancy i told them at four weeks but ended up losing the baby at ten weeks but i’m glad i told my parents (mostly mom bc my dad sucks) as a support system.

First time 15 weeks, this time we’re waiting till about 20 weeks. 
I hate attention so, later the better 💁‍♀️

Early both times because I was sick. Pushed it to 8-9 weeks with my firdt but Christmas was in the way this time so had to tell at 7 weeks.
If I hadn't been sick and therefore able to hide it I might have waited until my 12 week scan 😊
