Pregnancy symptom not as strong today

Hi all,

So I just found out I am pregnant. Found out 3w6d. Today I am 4w1d. When I first tested my boobs were kinda sore and nipples where tender. Well today I am not feeling as sore and tender as the past two days. Also my lines have no really progressed on my Wondfo and Pregmate tests. Should I be concerned or is this normal? My first prenatal visit is on April 8th. I just want to get my blood drawn now though to make sure everything is okay. I should also mentioned I had a miscarriage (different partner) about ten years ago, so I feel like I may also just be freaking myself out. Anyone experience this and go on to have a successful pregnancy?
