Pretty sure I’m miscarrying at this point?

Hello,

I’m supposedly 5 weeks and some days. Close to 6 weeks but vaginal ultrasounds showed nothing. I’ve been bleeding pink to red blood. It’s a medium bleed. Went to the ED, they did another vaginal ultrasound that showed nothing but I noticed a clot at the end of the probe. No pain with the bleeding. Hcg levels were 43 3/24 and today 55. Hcg levels are supposed to double every 2-3 days right? Im more concerned of an ectopic over miscarriage. I’d be more relieved with a miscarriage as there is always more opportunities to try in the future. I posted the pic of the hcg levels.

Does this seem more like a miscarriage??
