Normal part of end of pregnancy??

Hello ladies! I am 38+2 weeks, and the other day I went to L&D because I thought I was in early labor. It was a false alarm, but I am still experiencing and very intense sharp pain really low down on my under belly (almost at my pubic hairline) it is focused on my left side but still occurs all the way across the front. It gets worse with standing up and leaning forward. Is this a normal pain I should be experiencing prior to labor or does this sound like something for concern? I’m scheduled for a C-section in 6 days.
