I wouldn't trust it if you are actually serious about not getting pregnant. The stats I've seen on it are about 1 in 5 women get pregnant from it. Definitely not something I would want to play around with.

Your man has to be really good at it. We've been doing that method for years, and it always works. Only when we start getting sloppy, and not pulling out close to my periods is when we've ended up pregnant.
