When should I go?

I’m 39w5days. My due date is March 29th. A few minutes ago I went to use the bathroom and I think what I saw was my bloody show. It was a little pink mixed with mucus. Now I’m having back pain in my lower back it’s dull though. When should I go? Or how long do You think before active labor? I would hate for it to happen in the middle of the night lol

When you are having consistent contractions that are 5 or less minutes apart that you can't walk or talk through and have to focus on breathing through.

Also, I'll add that middle of the night labors are my favorite! I've delivered 5 babies so far. And I way prefer middle of the night labor. I showered, put on makeup, watched planet earth, and made baked oatmeal while I was in labor between 2am and 5am when I woke my husband up. It was actually really peaceful!

id follow the 511 rule. 5 contractions lasting a minute for an hour if you can wait that long. i lost my mucus plug around 3ish in the morning and ended up going to the hospital 2/3 hours later and was only at 3cm but they kept me anyways
