I’m forgetting things.. is this normal

So my husband handed me my dogs collar to pure on him and I did so.. not even a minute later he gave me the collar again and chucked I realized he was messing with me so I told him you put the collar on him yourself it was funny 😄 to him then he stated he had given the collar to me 3 times… I only have reflection and memory of doing it once…

It scares me I’m only 22

Is this normal? Or a symptom of something more

I feel it progressed as I used to have anxiety with checking a door as I couldnt remember locking it even if I checked it 10 or more times.
