Last post I seen someone suggested a TBS of vinegar with some water or whatever liquid until u can work ur way up to 2Tbs

Avoid anything spicy. Try to keep tabs on what you eat before hand when you get it. Pepto and tums are good for heartburn. I'm not 100% sure if you  can take them during pregnancy though. Otherwise some natural remedies are: drinking a glass of water with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of baking soda mixed in, but not to use excessively as its high in salt. Or you could drink Aloe Vera juice. I drink that frequently, not really for heartburn but I haven't had any so far during my pregnancy, I buy Alō brand drinks. If they don't sell them in any stores near you you can order some off of amazon. Gum chewing also helps. And if you lay day be sure to lay on your left side to help keep the acid in your stomach instead of your throat.
