I hate is whenever you put in a 2 week notice (or in my case a transfer notice) and your job just starts treating you like shit and trying to get you in trouble for the smallest shit. My boss makes it a big deal that I'm leaving and makes snide comments. Talks about me. And recently started trying to get me in trouble for extremely small stuff. And unlike a regular 2 weeks since I'm transferring I can't just leave. It's a 30 day transfer process. So I'm stuck here for another 3 weeks. I've already been hired on for the position I'm transferring for so she can't do anything and she knows it. So she's just making my life hell. Then wonders why so many people quit.
