Question about maybe miscarriage?

Went to first appointment. Dr. At the family center (she would refer me to prenatal care after that session) Said it was supposed to measure at 7 weeks based on my LMP but is measuring at about 5 weeks. Sent me to check my hcg leves. On friday they were 3432, today they were 4726. She said it didnt rise enough, that i should have increased at least 35% and it increased about 23%. That she is almost sure this is a non viable pregnancy that will result in miscarriage. But 35% of 3432 is 1201.2 and it grew 1294 so more than 35%. She is giving me miscarriage treatment options. Idk what to think or do
