does anyone read to their LO? my daughter is 2 and her vocabulary isn’t AS strong as some toddlers I see. she does know a lot of words but she babbles a lot of the time as well. she does know her ABC’s but it’s because we have been singing them to her since she was 1. she knows about 2-4 nursery songs and she knows 1-10 numbers. she can say her sisters name, mama, dada, gigi, papa the basics. and if I tell her to repeat some things she can. but in some cases shes babbling. is this still normal? I know they talk more towards 3 years old just want to make sure shes not behind in communicating.. will reading to her help strengthen that?
